Job Description
Our Key Account Management Team focuses on managing and expanding customer relationships. Our team is experienced in logistics supply chain and ecommerce with strong analytical skills. We collaborate with our customers understanding their unique needs and guiding them through expanding their business horizons with our bespoke solutions and cuttingedge product innovations.
The essence of your role
- Managing key ecommerce accounts with a strategic salesdriven approach.
- Fostering accountability for client relationships including profit and loss aspects.
- Ensuring SLA adherence monitoring KPI variances and evaluating customer satisfaction with accurate internal reporting.
- Identifying and leading crossselling and upselling opportunities from proposal to contract signing.
- Developing sustainable trustbased client relationships to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
This is what you need to succeed
- Prior experience managing complex commercial relationships particularly with highgrowth customers in ecommerce or similar fields
- Deep understanding of logistics supply chain management and ecommerce
- Academic degree or equivalent qualification ideally focusing on business logistics or transportation
- Strong affinity for numbers and data with the ability to analyze complex relationships prioritize tasks and effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Proficient in both German and English (C1 or above) with excellent storytelling skills to craft compelling narratives and build strong client relationships
