Job Description
The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled MuleSoft developer with good C4E experience to join our dynamic team! The Center for Enablement (C4E) is a central initiative committed to promoting reuse agility and efficiency in our development processes. As a C4E Engineer you will have a key role in promoting standard methodologies ensuring effective communication among teams and facilitating the successful implementation of MuleSoft applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Excellent experience with design and development of MuleSoft applications following APIled connectivity principles.
- MuleSoft Platform experience : Excellent knowledge on MuleSoft cloud hub platform and have good knowledge on Mule RTF platform on AKS or similar cloud environment
- Enablement: Drive the adoption of C4E practices across development teams to enhance agility and reuse.
- Collaboration: Facilitate interteam communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Training: Lead training sessions and workshops to educate teams on C4E methodologies and standard processes for MuleSoft.
- Documentation: Ensure detailed documentation of processes guidelines and standard methodologies.
- Monitoring Progress: Monitor and report on metrics to track the progress and impact of C4E initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure their active participation in C4E processes.

What we are looking for
- Experience: Proven experience in MuleSoft development and implementation.
- Skills: Strong understanding of APIled connectivity source code control automated testing and deployment approaches.
- Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Certifications: MuleSoft certification of MCD Level 1 is a must MCD Level 2 MCPA and MCIA will give additional edge on other profiles.

Salary range is expected to be between
$94220.00 CAD $174980.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location please contact for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions geography and relevant jobrelated factors such as knowledge skills qualifications experience and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
