Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for a Junior Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to play a pivotal role within the team. The candidate will assist and support driving the strategy and of marketing campaigns for multiple accounts within the automotive sector. Reporting to the Senior ABM Manager and sitting within the Global ABM team the Junior ABM Manager will be responsible for assisting with marketing campaign to support account growth objectives. This role will require close collaboration with ABM agencies and internal teams to create tailored clientcentric campaigns and align with preexisting AlwaysOn ABM initiatives.
What you will do:
- Assist support and maintain strong relationships with account leadership teams.
- Act as a trusted support marketer and manage urgent requests from Senior ABM Manager.
- Work with the Senior ABM Manager and ABM agencies to execute strategic clientfocused marketing plans.
- Execute and assist with campaign plans that align with client needs while showcasing the companys offerings.
- Support the Senior ABM Manager with critical deals within allocated accounts.
- Assist with executing the implementation of marketing campaigns tailored to client experiences.
- Ensure delivery mechanisms are welldefined and campaigns drive account growth and enhance ABM team objectives.
- Support Senior ABM Manager with monitoring reporting and evolve campaign performance using metrics defined by the ABM team.
- Align campaign adjustments with strategic direction and client feedback to optimize effectiveness.
Qualifications :
- 23 years of marketing experience in a professional services B2B marketing or global corporate setting.
- ABM experience a plus but not mandatory.
- Interest and growth development within Account Based Marketing field highly preferred.
- Proven experience working and assisting senior stakeholders.
- Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns beyond standard digital marketing tactics.
- Experience targeting automotive industry clients is strongly preferred but not mandatory. Other industry clients focus and account base roles a plus.
- Strong background in marketing campaign .
- Demonstrated clientcentric approach.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies and technologies.
- Strong communication collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to leverage data and insights effectively.
