Job OverviewMobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the TMobile brand to life. They live and breathe TMobile! Theyre brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. Mobile Experts Do It the Right Way meeting performance targets including sales customer experience and quality of sale metrics.Job Responsibilities:
- Serving and selling to our customers while providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty
- Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding
- Completes training on TMobile instore experience new skills and processes knowledge of systems and reference resources
- Makes the most of their time on shift consistently seeking out information between customers learning about innovations in wireless and technology
- Partners with TMobile employees across channels including business and customer service
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- 30 days TMobile Mobile Associate experience Required
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience Retail environment preferred Preferred
- Customer Satisfaction Passionate customer advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun with our customers. Effective at balancing customer experience and performance goals. (Required)
- Team Building Desire to be a part of the gamechanging TMobile store team. Willingness to work alongside peers and store leaders learning and sharing best practices while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues. (Required)
- Retail Sales Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fastpaced sales environment. (Required)

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00
Within the first 90 days working at TMobile Mobile Associates receive onthejob training and are eligible for incentive pay while completing training milestones. Once completed Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18000/year. Actual incentives vary based on performance and fulltime status. All employees at TMobile are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. And since we are ALL owners EVERY employee at TMobile is eligible for an Annual Stock Grant.
