Who You Are
You are a selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced startup environment. You bring deep technical expertise strong problemsolving abilities and adaptability. You are not only a product builder but also an innovative thinker who enjoys exploring new AI technologies and pushing boundaries.
Startup Mindset & Creativity You are comfortable with ambiguity can selfdirect and have a bias for action. You dont wait for directions you find opportunities experiment and execute.
AI Experience & Innovation You are curious about AI and have handson experience with LLMs automation and AIdriven solutions. You understand the limitations and best applications of Generative AI in realworld production environments.
Technical Excellence You have 3 years in engineering with experience building and maintaining production systems making thoughtful engineering decisions and executing full lifecycle projects.
FullStack Development You have experience with REST APIs LLMs modern web frameworks relational databases (PostgreSQL) and backend languages. You are comfortable with our tech stack: NodeJS / NestJS Prisma PostgreSQL OpenAI / Gemini Google Cloud Platform
Collaborative & SolutionOriented You are a team player who can brainstorm and innovate with colleagues ensuring that AI and engineering decisions align with business goals. The position follows a nontraditional schedule with varying shifts based on business needs.
