Who you are:
We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Campus Talent Program Intern who will work closely with the Campus Talent team to develop and execute programs to support our early talent strategy. What youll do:
As a Campus Talent Program Intern your key area of responsibility will be supporting the Campus Talent Program Lead by assisting with program initiatives and actively participating in events to promote the Geotab brand on campuses. The intern will conduct market research help plan and organize events assist with administrative tasks and contribute to branding efforts.
The opportunity
- 812 month workterm beginning September 2025.
- Fulltime paid internship: Monday Friday37.5hrs/week.

How youll make an impact
- Support the Campus Talent Program Lead by assisting with program initiatives and actively participating in events to promote the brand on campuses.
- Conduct market research on competitor early talent strategies and assist in program development.
- Help plan organize and track academic recruitment and companysponsored events.
- Assist with administrative tasks for student funding programs including tracking compiling and following up on documentation.
- Research universities high schools and funding opportunities while maintaining and updating contact lists.
- Contribute to branding efforts through blog content focus groups and student engagement research.
- Act as a Geotab culture ambassador representing and promoting the companys values and work environment.
- Ensures confidentiality privacy and compliance with all employee information.
- Assist with other HR projects/tasks as assigned.
What youll bring to the role
- Ability to assist in planning organizing and supporting various initiatives and events while managing deadlines and collaborating with team members.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research gather data and synthesize information from various sources.
- Basic knowledge of event planning for academic and recruitment events.
- Strong communication organization and time management skills as well as a willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
- Passion for technology innovation talent acquisition and human resources.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at a time.
- Familiarity with Google Suite for business (Sheets Docs Slides) is an asset.
