Job Description
Our client in Paarl is in need of a Junior Digital Designer to join their team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Update products on all 3 website
load stock on all 3 websites
Export tasting Room club signups from IKENTOO (due to lack of POS integration)
Import tasting signups into FVM found a bulk import solution (would need to train someone for this)
Coupons creation and management on all 3 websites
User account edits/queries
Daily OPS:
Payment checks on all pay portals
Support queries re payments statuses on all pay portals
Backup waybill printer operator
Wine Club Card printer operator communicating with relevant parties (tasting rooms and club manager)
CRM WORK
Promotion management Mailer set up for all 3 online shops and managing promos (ensure copy has been

Import weekly wifi vistors details (filter according to marketing consent given) to mailchimp
Digital Grunt Work:
Photoshop new vintages on packshots
General photoshop jobs from labelling and Cellar
Tasting notes (requesting new notes prompting winemakers to finalize notes compiling as PDF)
