Job Description
This is a remote position.
Looking for Remote Customer Service Agents to help guests book lodging tickets and packages with a major familyfriendly resort brand.
Pay & Schedule
Base Rate: $12/hr
Flexible Scheduling: 24/7 availability 365 days/year
Minimum Requirement: 5 hours split between Mondays and Fridays
DailyPay available to eligible contractors
Incentives available for topperforming agents!
Certification Schedule
Phase I: May 27 June 30 2025 (InstructorLed & SelfStudy)
- Class Times Offered (Mon Fri):
9 AM 1 PM ET
6 PM 10 PM ET
Note: No class on Thursday June 19
Requirements
- Windows 10/11 USB headset dual monitors preferred
- Smartphone for secure login app
- Background check & photo ID required
- Not available in AZ DE FL HI ME MI MT OH RI WV
Requirements Must be a U.S.-based independent contractor Must pass a background check and photo ID verification USB hardwired headset with phone-quality audio Dual monitors 19 or larger no laptop screens) Windows 10 or 11 (fully updated) Hardwired internet connection (Spectrum Business required if using Spectrum) Ideal Candidates Previous call center or customer service experience Comfortable navigating multiple systems and Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and communication skills Able to type 25+ WPM Familiarity with outdoor sports is a plus!
