Job Description
Inspire young readers and writers in Key Stage 3 at our Havering school! Parttime role available.
Our school in Havering is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English teacher for a parttime position primarily focusing on Key Stage 3. If you have a passion for laying strong literacy foundations and engaging younger learners we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to Key Stage 3 students.
- Develop a love of reading writing speaking and listening in younger learners.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the development of the Key Stage 3 English curriculum.
- Assess and track student progress providing targeted support.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

- Strong subject knowledge and the ability to make English accessible and engaging for younger learners.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
