Job Description

PartTime English Teacher (Maternity Cover) Havering School!

Our school in Havering requires a skilled and reliable PartTime English Teacher to cover a maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive department and make a real difference to our students learning on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
  • Follow existing schemes of work and contribute to lesson planning as needed.
  • Assess and monitor student progress providing feedback in line with school policy.
  • Work collaboratively with the English department to ensure continuity of learning.
