Job Description
Are you ready to lead and inspire a dynamic team in the Real Estate Sector Our client is searching for a driven and charismatic Sales Manager to spearhead their branch operations.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the Real Estate Sector as a fullstatus agent.
- NQF 4 real estate qualification (required).
- Energetic goaldriven and a true peoples person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and tracking the sales performance of all branch agents.
- Recruiting talented sales agents to expand their team.
- Providing ongoing mentoring and training to nurture a highperforming sales team.
- Compiling and reporting monthly sales figures to leadership.
- Ensuring the wellbeing and effective management of agents across the branch.

Salary Package:
- R15000 per month basic salary.
- Plus a turnoverbased commission structure 2 of branch commission generated less VAT & franchise royalties).
