Bilingual Customer Support Representative (Croatian & English) Remote from Greece

Your Responsibilities:
Support customers via phone email and chat in Croatian
Provide outstanding service and resolve inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain professionalism empathy and positivity in every interaction
Requirements:
Croatian proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Previous customer support experience is a plus
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Teamplayer attitude and a proactive mindset
Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
