What will you do
A day in the life of a Manager Merchandising Operations at Vans looks a little like this.
Reporting directly into the Head of Merchandising this leader drives operational efficiency in product & merchandising workflows by aligning crossfunctional crossregional teams. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence driving efficiency and enabling seamless of merchandising strategies. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in merchandising operations process improvement and crossfunctional collaboration with a passion for supporting a global merchandising organization at scale. Their key responsibilities include calendar management process improvement in collaboration with Supply Chain / Development teams to deliver marketready products & data management / hygiene to support seasonal .

What do you need to succeed
We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role there are foundation skills youll need to succeed and excel. Additionally while formal education in a related field is great to have we are most interested in your 7 years of experience and professional achievements in merchandising operations retail operations or related roles with experience in a leadership position.
The foundation skills you will need in this position are:
Strong understanding of merchandising processes including product lifecycle management GMT assortment planning and pricing.
Communication and influence
Project management (managing calendars timelines and key deliverables)
Operational excellence (expertise in managing complex workflows and identifying process improvements)
Data accuracy and governance (experience in data integrity and excel expertise)
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Excelling communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across diverse markets and cultures.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and drive alignment across crossfunctional teams.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

$90720.00 USD $113400.00 USD annuallyIncentive Potential: This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan sales incentive orcommissionpotential.
