Salary:
Mid: 11 000 - 14 000 PLN net (B2B)
Senior: 14 000 - 18 000 PLN net(B2B)
Location:
In this role an office in Kraków will be your default location however we are open to remote work when needed. No fully remote position possible.
At least 2 years of experience working with software teams and business stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.
Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with tools and practices like Scrum CI/CD and iterative delivery.
Skilled in team collaboration and client-facing communication.
Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (native or C2 level)
Align engineering efforts with business goals.
Own project scope budget and delivery timelines.
Support team autonomy focus and growth.
Identify and remove blockers improve processes.
Bridge communication between clients and teams.
Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
