We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As a key member of our revenue management department you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organizations revenue streams and contributing to our overall financial success.
- Analyze revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies across various channels and market segments
- Generate regular reports and forecasts to support decisionmaking processes
- Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies
- Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
- Evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and recommend improvements
- Assist in the development and maintenance of revenue management systems and tools
- Participate in strategy discussions and contribute insights to maximize revenue potential
- Support the Director of Revenue Management in daytoday tasks and special projects
- Ensure compliance with revenue management policies and procedures
Qualifications :
- 2 years of experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Experience with revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud Lesa Web and TL Lincoln
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and implement process improvements
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
- Experience in a 45 star hotel environment is preferred
