Job Description

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Revenue Analyst to join our team at Swissotel Corniche Park Towers Doha. As a key member of our revenue management department you will play a crucial role in optimizing our organizations revenue streams and contributing to our overall financial success.

  • Analyze revenue data and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue growth and optimization
  • Develop and implement revenue management strategies across various channels and market segments
  • Generate regular reports and forecasts to support decisionmaking processes
  • Collaborate with sales marketing and operations teams to align revenue strategies
  • Monitor competitive landscape and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of revenue management initiatives and recommend improvements
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of revenue management systems and tools
  • Participate in strategy discussions and contribute insights to maximize revenue potential
  • Support the Director of Revenue Management in daytoday tasks and special projects
  • Ensure compliance with revenue management policies and procedures

Qualifications :

 

  • 2 years of experience in revenue management preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
  • Experience with revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud Lesa Web and TL Lincoln
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Solid understanding of revenue management principles and practices
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and implement process improvements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Experience in a 45 star hotel environment is preferred
