This recruitment is specifically being posted to hire for someone to teachCalculus 3 classes for Summer 2025 (start date in early June).May require teaching courses at MATC campuses business community other sites and online during the day evening and/or weekend. Related duties include participation in department and advisory meetings department and college functions course and curriculum development in both traditional and nontraditional formats. Must also be willing to teach high school dual enrollment courses which includes MPS students.

Minimum Educational Requirements: Must have at least ONE of the following.
Start Date: This position supports the General Education Pathway and is available to start and teach Calculus 3 classes for Summer 2025
Hours/Location: This parttime pool position and will require teaching courses at MATC campuses business community other sites and/or online during the day evening and/or weekend. Hours location and modality are based on enrollment and departmental need.
All work must be completed in the state of Wisconsin. We do NOT have virtual opportunities for outofstate applicants.
Salary:Beginning in the fall of 2024 the starting hourly wage for all parttime faculty is $40per course hour of teaching.Parttime faculty are also compensated for an additional 45 minutes of time for each hour of instruction to cover office hours and prep timewhich is equivalent to $70 per hour.This starting hourly wage of $40 an hour is nonnegotiable unless market conditions dictate otherwise. NOTE: Summer faculty pay base rate is $37.10 per course hour of teaching with the additional 1.75 multiplier as described above which makes this equivalent to $64.93 per instructional hour.
