Job Description

Youll love it because you will  

  • Collaborate on and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across digital and traditional platforms including paid social paid search and streaming media. 
  • Oversee the daytoday management of media campaigns by our digital agency ensuring they align with business objectives brand guidelines and performance goals. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute media plans effectively. 
  • Manage endtoend campaign including audience segmentation bid strategy creative direction and performance tracking. 
  • Own the paid media learning agenda and testing roadmap including A/B tests across creative tactics and ad formats to maximize efficiency. 
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to leadership. 
  • Use data and analytics to inform future media investments and identify areas for improvement. 

Qualifications :

We require  

  • 5 years of relevant paid media digital advertising and/or performance marketing; fashion or ecommerce experience is preferred. 
  • Direct experience with paid media channels and platform knowledge (Meta TikTok etc.; paid social and/or streaming expertise preferred.  
  • Experience managing a performance marketing budget in the 8figures.  
  • Strong analytical skills including Google Analytics data visualization tools and attribution modeling with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Passion for innovation testing and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
