- Collaborate on and implement a comprehensive paid media strategy across digital and traditional platforms including paid social paid search and streaming media.
- Oversee the daytoday management of media campaigns by our digital agency ensuring they align with business objectives brand guidelines and performance goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute media plans effectively.
- Manage endtoend campaign including audience segmentation bid strategy creative direction and performance tracking.
- Own the paid media learning agenda and testing roadmap including A/B tests across creative tactics and ad formats to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Use data and analytics to inform future media investments and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications :
We require
- 5 years of relevant paid media digital advertising and/or performance marketing; fashion or ecommerce experience is preferred.
- Direct experience with paid media channels and platform knowledge (Meta TikTok etc.; paid social and/or streaming expertise preferred.
- Experience managing a performance marketing budget in the 8figures.
- Strong analytical skills including Google Analytics data visualization tools and attribution modeling with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for innovation testing and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
