We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to provide strong administrative support for our InterpretersLive! ondemand video interpreting service. Working closely with our InterpretersLive! liaising with both hearing and D/deaf clients.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Full time office based in Redditch Worcestershire. Monday Friday 8.30am5pm.
- Provide full operational support for our InterpretersLive! service and client implementation for sales team
- Customer and Interpreter support
- Technical support for clients
- Onboard and maintain language service professional supply chain
- Reporting of management information data
- Manage arrange and coordinate training requests
Qualifications :
Essential skills/qualifications/experience:
- British Sign Language skills are preferred but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Good knowledge of IT and windows based applications
- Proactive
- Demonstrates leadership and management skills
