Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to coach mentor and motivate a work group of UAWrepresented hourly employees to deliver BestinClass Performance Customer Service and KPIs.
A Warehouse Supervisor would have the following responsibilities including but not limited to:Safety
Quality
Productivity and Efficiency
Direct Supervision of UAW represented hourly employees
Timekeeping of hourly direct reports
Analyze root causes and utilize countermeasures to effectively resolve daytoday workplace challenges
Enforce Standards of Conduct within the PDC
Drive continuous improvement projects and processes to deliver the KPIs.
KPIs include but are not limited to: Safety Housekeeping Overall Quality Errors Shortages Wrong Parts Picked On Time Delivery Damage Efficiency Productivity Costs etc.
Requirements
***100 onsite***
High School Diploma or GED
2 years warehouse supervisory experience preferred
Strong verbal written and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and handle numerous responsibilities simultaneously
Strong knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint and basic warehouse management computer skills
Ability to work all shifts start times and OT as required
Bachelors degree preferred
High School Diploma or GED 2+ years warehouse supervisory experience preferred Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Ability to multi-task and handle numerous responsibilities simultaneously Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic warehouse management computer skills Ability to work all shifts, start times and OT as required
