Insurance Agent Coral Springs FL
Our client a growing insurance agency is looking for motivated and driven Insurance Agents to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in final expense and term life insurance sales to grow alongside a rapidly expanding company.
Location: Coral Springs FL (Exact location details provided upon application)
Shift Hours: 10:30 AM 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to and attend incoming leads.
- Follow up with potential clients and scheduled appointments.
- Provide accurate policy quotes and information.
- Gather and verify all required client details for policy applications.
- Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines when submitting applications.
- Maintain communication with clients assisting them in understanding policy terms and confirming receipt of their policy packet.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work independently and follow all insurance compliance guidelines.
- 214/215 Life & Health Insurance License required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience selling final expense policies.
- Familiarity with submitting policy applications and the required information.
- Ability to close a minimum of 3 applications per week 5 per week qualifies for a bonus after 3 months of active policies).
- Must hold state licenses in at least 5 states including CA TX FL and GA.
Compensation & Bonus Structure:
- Base Pay: $800 per week.
- Commission: $100 per policy after closing 5 policies in a single week (only Final Expense or Term policies count; childrens whole life policies are excluded).
