Role Summary:
Were seeking an elite Paid Search Manager specializing in ECommerce to drive exceptional performance across highvolume multiSKU accounts. This role requires a strategic datadriven expert capable of managing complex catalogs with thousands of SKUs leveraging advanced PPC automation custom scripts and AIpowered solutions. Youll serve as the cornerstone of our ecommerce growth initiatives leading client strategy while showcasing technical prowess in new business pitches. The ideal candidate thrives in highpressure environments understands sales funnels deeply and consistently delivers exceptional ROAS across major platforms.
Key Responsibilities (Responsibilities & expectations include but are not limited to:
Technical Leadership: Architect and implement sophisticated paid search strategies for 48 major ecommerce clients with extensive product catalogs 1000 SKUs) and monthly budgets exceeding $100K
Advanced Automation: Develop and deploy custom scripts automated bidding systems and AIenhanced solutions to maximize performance at scale across complex product catalogs
Revenue Engineering: Design and optimize complete sales funnels from initial awareness to conversion with emphasis on maximizing customer lifetime value
CrossPlatform Mastery: Execute integrated strategies across Google Shopping Performance Max Search and Microsoft Ads
Business Development: by Play a pivotal role in new business pitches demonstrating technical expertise and strategic thinking to prospective clients
Data Storytelling: Transform complex performance data into compelling narratives that demonstrate clear business impact and ROI
Feed Optimization: Implement advanced product feed strategies including custom labels title optimization and dynamic attribute management
Team Development: Provide expert guidance to account managers on cuttingedge ecommerce PPC techniques and best practices
Core Skills (Hard & Soft Skills include but are not limited to:
5 years managing highvolume ecommerce PPC campaigns with demonstrated ability to handle thousands of SKUs efficiently
Proven expertise in custom script development for Google Ads automated bid strategies and programmatic solutions
Advanced proficiency with product feed optimization shopping campaign architecture and inventory management integration particularly for Shopifybased stores
Expertlevel knowledge of GA4 including enhanced ecommerce tracking custom event implementation and attribution modeling
Experience implementing and leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign performance and workflow efficiency
Demonstrated success in fullfunnel campaign development from awareness to conversion
Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
Shopify platform expertise considered a significant bonus KPIs (Include but are not limited to:
Drive 15 growth in Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across client portfolio
Maintain 85 client retention rate with exceptional satisfaction scores
Consistently achieve or exceed client ROAS targets across platforms
Develop at least one innovative technical solution or process improvement per quarter
Contribute to 30 win rate for new business pitches Build and maintain a toolkit of custom scripts and automation solutions that deliver measurable efficiency gains
