Are you a detailoriented administrative professional with strong organizational skills If so the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources Bureau of Administrative Services has an exciting opportunity for you as a Pool Vehicle Dispatcher. In this role you will be responsible for tracking and coordinating the availability and usage of more than 20 vehicles. Join our team and contribute to the efficient and effective operations of our department.
As the Automotive Fleet Coordinator in the Office Services Section of the Bureau of Administrative Services you will oversee the Central Office Vehicle reservation process through the departments online platform and inperson requests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining the vehicles overall condition by scheduling routine maintenance conducting annual inspections checking for damages and ensuring cleanliness while addressing any concerns that arise. Additionally you will be tasked with procuring essential items for the fleet such as emergency road kits ice sers and windshield washer fluid. This role necessitates regular walks to the parking areas within the Capitol Complex to inspect and clean vehicles as well as transporting them for servicing or washing.
