The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and support decisionmaking for our healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: Collect organize and analyze large and complex healthcare datasets using tools such as SQL Excel and Tableau Develop and maintain data models dashboards and reports to support business operations and decisionmaking Identify trends patterns and insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements Monitor and ensure data accuracy completeness and integrity Create and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to optimize data management and reporting processes Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field 2 years of experience in data analysis preferably in the healthcare industry Proficient in SQL Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insights Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams Experience with data modeling and database design is a plus Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA HEDIS etc. is preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Joining our team at First Care Medical means being a part of a dynamic and growing organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
