The Survey Crew Chief will lead and oversee a Survey Crew engaged in a variety of surveys including but not limited to ALTA and boundary surveys topography surveys control surveys construction stakeout elevation certificates and subdivision layouts. This role involves taking responsibility for ensuring that all survey tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Skills
- Proficiency in using Total Station RTK & GPS data collection systems
- Experience in conducting ALTA boundary topography control and construction stakeout surveys
- Leadership and team management skills
- (Nice to Have) CAD experience for mapping and documentation
- (Nice to Have) Understanding of local land use laws and regulations
- (Nice to Have) Certifications such as Certified Survey Technician (CST) or professional licensure in land surveying
- (Nice to Have) Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
