Job Description

Job Requirements:

• Provide leadership and direction for production operations.
• Bachelor of Engineering (preferably ME).
• Minimum 5 progressive years in operations as superintendent or supervisor.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement in production rates levels of quality and waste reduction.
• Driving process consistency and standardization across all shifts.
• Research and recommendation of new capital equipment purchases.

• Highly developed leadership change management interpersonal communication and people skills to drive plant performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build team capability.
• Proven track record of operational enhancement capital projects and operational improvements.
• Lean Manufacturing experience a plus.
