Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and versatile Remote Fullstack Software Engineer to contribute to the development and maintenance of our web applications APIs and other software solutions. You will be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle from conceptualization and design to implementation testing deployment and ongoing support. This role requires a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain robust and scalable web applications and APIs using a variety of technologies.
Collaborate with product managers designers and other engineers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop and implement user interfaces and user experiences that are intuitive responsive and accessible.
Build and maintain efficient and reliable backend systems and databases.
Write clean welldocumented and testable code.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack.
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP).
Contribute to the improvement of our development processes and tools.
Stay uptodate with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Ensure the security and performance of our applications.
Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Eligibility to Work: Must possess a valid work permit in the United States or be a U.S. citizen. We are unable to sponsor visas for this position.
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: Minimum of 35 years of professional fullstack software development experience.
FrontEnd Proficiency:
Strong understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g. React Angular ).
Solid knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and responsive design principles.
Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux Context API Vuex).
Familiarity with frontend build tools and workflows (e.g. Webpack Babel npm yarn).
BackEnd Proficiency:
Experience with at least one popular backend programming language (e.g. Python Java C# Go).
Experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL APIs.
Knowledge of database design and management (both relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL MySQL MongoDB etc..
Experience with ORM/ODM libraries (e.g. Sequelize Django ORM Hibernate Mongoose).
Cloud Technologies: Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and their services.
DevOps Practices: Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with relevant tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CI GitHub Actions).
Testing: Experience with writing unit integration and endtoend tests.
Version Control: Proficient with Git and collaborative workflows (e.g. Gitflow).
ProblemSolving: Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a remote team.
SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcarerelated applications.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
Experience with serverless architectures.
Familiarity with security best practices for web applications.
Experience with performance optimization techniques.
Exposure to agile development methodologies.
