About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Product Manager to drive the strategy roadmap and of our digital products and services. As a key member of our technology team you will be responsible for understanding user needs market trends and business objectives to define and deliver innovative solutions that enhance patient care streamline internal processes and contribute to the growth of WeCare Medical Specialty Group. This is a fully remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere within the United States.
Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision strategy and roadmap aligned with WeCares overall business goals and objectives.
Market and User Research: Conduct thorough market research competitive analysis and user research (including interviews surveys and data analysis) to identify unmet needs opportunities and pain points.
Requirements Gathering and Definition: Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritization and Backlog Management: Effectively prioritize product features and initiatives based on value feasibility and strategic alignment maintaining a wellgroomed product backlog.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering design marketing operations and clinical teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery.
Product Development and : Work closely with engineering and design teams during the development process providing guidance clarifying requirements and ensuring the product meets specifications and quality standards.
Product Launch and Iteration: Plan and execute product launches working with marketing and communication teams to ensure successful adoption. Monitor product performance gather feedback and iterate on the product based on data and user insights.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product plans progress and results to stakeholders across the organization including executive leadership.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define and track key product metrics analyze performance data and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Staying Informed: Continuously stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in product management particularly within the healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science Business Administration Healthcare Informatics or a related discipline. A Masters degree is a plus.
Minimum of 35 years of proven experience as a Product Manager preferably within the healthcare industry or with experience in building digital health solutions.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (Agile methodologies preferred).
Demonstrated ability to conduct market research analyze data and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven approach to decisionmaking.
Experience with product analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Mixpanel) and user research methodologies.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Passion for improving healthcare through technology and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape.
