Location: Largo MD
Position: FullTime MondayFriday (Some oncall availability may be required)

Were currently seeking a FullTime CNA Scheduler to help us match the right caregivers with the clients who need them the most. What Youll Do
- Coordinate caregiver schedules to match client care plans and preferences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers clients and families regarding scheduling needs
- Respond promptly to call outs and make quick effective scheduling adjustments
- Support onboarding and orientation of new caregivers
- Keep scheduling software and caregiver records up to date
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and quality of care
- Work closely with other coordinators and leadership to maintain seamless daily operations
What Were Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Certification: CertifiedNursing Assistant (CNA preferred)
- Experience: 12 years of experience in scheduling/staffing (preferably in home care or healthcare)
- Tech Skills: Familiar with scheduling platforms like ClearCare/WellSky (or similar)
- Soft Skills: Strong communication problem solving and multitasking abilities
- Personality: Compassionate professional detailoriented and customerserviced focused
- Availability: Flexibility to handle occasional oncall duties and afterhours support
- Transportation: Reliable and ready to go when needed
