Position: Order Support Specialist
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Employment Type: Fulltime
Compensation: Competitive base salary plus performancebased bonuses.
What Youll Do:
Assist Italianspeaking customers with orderrelated inquiries ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
Process and track orders resolving issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and timely delivery.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and order statuses using company systems.
Contribute to improving support processes by sharing feedback and insights.
What Were Looking For:
Fluency in Italian (C1 or native level) and proficiency in English (B2 level) both verbal and written.
Strong communication and problemsolving skills with a customerfocused mindset.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel Word) or similar tools.
Previous experience in customer support order processing or a related field is a plus but not required.
Willingness to relocate to Lisbon Portugal and work in an officebased environment.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends (e.g. 8hour shifts between 8 AM and 8 PM).
