Job Description
TASQ is looking for a call center sales coach for a role in Mandaluyong. The initial prescreening interview will be conducted over the phone so please ensure your phone line is operational.
**Job Overview: Sales Coach (Mandaluyong)**
**Shift:** Shifting schedule (mainly night shifts)
**Work Setup:** Onsite (Mandaluyong)
**Qualifications:**
Strong experience in telecommunications accounts and BPO sales.
Ability to mentor sales agents and teams to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction through training coaching and performance evaluation.
Create and implement effective sales training programs and materials regarding company products business practices and contact center operations.
Facilitate ongoing training sessions and coaching that emphasize sales strategies customer communication and problemsolving skills.
Offer individual and group coaching to boost sales performance communication abilities and customer service.
Examine sales data to identify opportunities for enhancing sales processes and strategies.
