**Job Overview: Sales Coach (Cebu)**
**Shift:** Shifting schedule (primarily night shifts)
**Work Setup:** Onsite (Cebu)
**Qualifications:**
Strong background in telecommunications accounts and BPO sales.
Ability to guide sales agents and teams in enhancing their sales performance and customer satisfaction through training coaching and performance evaluation.
Develop and deliver effective training programs and materials related to company products business practices and contact center operations.
Conduct regular training sessions and coaching that emphasize sales techniques customer communication and problemsolving skills.
Provide individual and group coaching to enhance sales performance communication abilities and customer service skills.
Analyze sales data to pinpoint areas where sales processes and strategies can be improved.
