Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our team in Watford City North Dakota. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family medicine and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. As a Family Practice Physician with 24/7 ProTAS you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful impact on their lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses injuries and diseases
Perform routine checkups and preventive care measures
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and procedures
Prescribe medications and provide patient education on medication usage and potential side effects
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
Participate in continuing education and stay updated on the latest medical advancements and best practices
Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of the medical profession
Provide guidance and mentorship to medical staff and students as needed
Qualifications:
Medical degree from an accredited medical school
Board certification in Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of North Dakota
Minimum of 3 years of experience in family medicine
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
Commitment to providing compassionate and patientcentered care
Willingness to participate in oncall rotation and work flexible hours as needed
