Job Description

Were looking for an amazing Business Intelligence Developer to fill this role. Youll be responsible for designing developing and supporting business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI and related technologies. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and then translate those needs into compelling interactive reports and dashboards. The role will also collaborate closely with other Commercial Technology team members to provide support and maintenance for our BI and data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have Power BI development administration and support experience as well as technical experience with related technologies such as Snowflake Oracle Python and Informatica.

Responsibilities
- Power BI Development:
- Create and maintain compelling and highquality data visualizations that provide actionable business intellegece to users and stakeholders.
- Work with the individual components of Power BI such as Data Pipelines Dataflows Datasets Semantic Models Power Automate Reporting Schedular Report Builder Power Apps Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
- Enhance data protection and compliance using object row and column level security.
- Support and Troubleshooting:
- Participate in rotating oncall support to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines user access visualizations and data quality.
- Write user help documentation answer user questions and empower user selfservice reporting abilities.
- Data Access and Modeling:
- Collaborate with data warehouse and ETL workflow developers to acquire disparate data from across the organization.
- Use database development skills to access data from Snowflake Oracle and other data sources.
- Model data using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) Power Query and related tools.
- Power BI Administration:
- Provide user identity and access management services.
- Create automated scripting for deploying datasets and reports.
- Continuous Innovation and Improvement:
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and technologies related to business intelligence and reporting.
- Implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance the organizations business intelligence infrastructure and capabilities.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science a related field or equivalent demonstrable experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of practical experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar business intelligence developer role.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI including Data Pipelines Dataflows Datasets Semantic Models Power Automate Reporting Schedular Report Builder Power Apps Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop.
- A customerfirst approach to meeting user data analysis and visualization needs throughout the organization.
- Experience with data modeling DAX PowerQuery and custom visualizations.
- Ability to develop in languages such as shell scripting batch scripting SQL and Python.
- Ability to develop in Snowflake and Oracle including functions stored procedures views and other objects.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR.
- Certification in Power BI or related technologies.
- Familiarity with other BI tools such as SQL Server Integratrion Services (SSIS) SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) SQL Server Reporting Services and Tableau is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience with SQL PowerBI and Excel.
Minimum 35 years Business Analysis experience
This position follows the Companys schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) with flexibility to work remotely the remainder of the week.

- Base Salary Range: $68700 to $92700. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates qualifications and experience uniquely.
