Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest relations or hospitality role with a strong understanding of service dynamics.
- Proficient in Multilingual Communication to effectively engage with a diverse set of guests and cultivate inclusive guest relationships.
- Complaint Resolution (Mandatory skill) with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
- Expertise in Event Coordination including planning organizing and overseeing guest activities for enhancing their experiences.
- Guest Relations Executive (Mandatory skill) with a focus on personalizing interactions to address guests specific needs and preferences.
- Strong Upselling Techniques to promote and sell additional services enhancing revenue and guest experience.
- Experience working within a restaurant setting (Mandatory skill) understanding the nuances of dining services and guest interactions.
- Proficient in Social Media Engagement to actively manage and interact with guests on various platforms increasing brand loyalty.
- Capable of efficient Data Entry and Management ensuring all guest details are accurately maintained and updated.
