Job Description
We are looking for professionals that know how to build their sales network with distribution. The ideal candidate is one who can carry forward the vision and mission of our company by selling results. Picture this: Youre visiting a dairy or beef operation with a distributor rep and sell them products that elevate their health and productivity standards! If this is you then we need you and the producers of Idaho need you! Lets elevate the industry together!
Primary Purpose: Under minimum supervision develop and grow the dairy/beef market in your territory. Always maintaining a strong ethical and positive image by respecting yourself your customers distribution and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with distribution channels to grow new and existing business.
- Develop and write sales plans with your manager.
- Execute your plan with distribution and producers.
- Follow up on leads from tradeshows within two weeks.
- Continually study your products the market and the competitive landscape.
- Train with the team to improve and hone your skill sets.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years direct selling experience required
- A Bachelors degree in business or animal health preferred.
- Adaptability to change
- excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must have a valid Drivers License
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Any other duties required by Management
