We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Fulltime Diploma or ECT qualified Early Childhood Educator Monday to Friday to join our team as an Assistant Director.

About You
To be eligible youll need a Completed Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care Current First Aid and CPR Certificate Current Working with Children Check and a Child Protection Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire children through playbased learning and engaging experiences
- Plan and implement programs that empower children to lead their learning
- Create a safe inclusive environment that encourages creativity and resilience
- Build strong relationships with children families and team members
- Document and celebrate childrens developmental milestones
- Lead the curriculum and ensure practices align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
