Work location: This is a hybrid role. The position will work remotely and at 612 E. Lamar Arlington Texas 76011 and occasionally transfer to healthcare facilities throughout the metroplex
Work hours:Monday Friday 8:00am 5:00pm

Skills
Strong communication and organizational skills excellent customer service knowledge of MS Office.
What Will You Do:
Answer benefits questions from employees and entity Human Resource offices providing excellent customer service. 35
Ensures employee enrollment compliance with benefit plan documents. 25
Records management to support plan compliance and appeals. Performs daily
transactions within various software to process employee benefits. 25
Backup duties as assigned. 10
Additional projects assigned including assisting with coordinating open enrollment activities. 5
