You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailEssential Responsibilities . Data enters information and maintains employee records/files into Payroll system; . Reviews weekly submission through the time and attendance system for payroll . Assists employees with questions or concerns regarding compensation payroll deductions address changes w4 and any other payroll related topic. Deduction entry into payroll. . Maintains vacation requests calendars and reconciliation with ADP periodically. . Oversees time clock system (time IPS). . Work with payroll/timekeeping providers as needed to resolve issues . Process PCNs for payroll purposes. . Process payroll for Mack Southern division. . Completes verification of employment for Mack Southern division. . Maintains attendance records and processes written notifications. . Works with coworkers in a safe professional and cooperative manner; . Provides backup coverage for the front desk receptionist . New Hire Data Entry and termination administration (ADP Time IPS and other HR related systems Participates in Internal and External HR audits . Maintains good attendance flexibility in job assignments adaptable to changing business needs and continually . learns and applies new skills; . Meets minimum physical/mental demands with or without reasonable accommodations; . Follow all safety rules and regulations. . Maintain Macks standard of housekeeping in all areas. . Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications/License/Education/Required Experience . Must exhibit close attention to details . Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. . Possess above average verbal and written skills. Unusual Working Conditions/ Work Environment . Must maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding employee record management . None . Moderate to low noise thresholds (office environment) Unusual Physical Requirements . The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
