Your Role
As our new Head of Estates you will be at the forefront of leading change inspiring a highperforming team and shaping the future of our estates services. Reporting to the Director of Operations you will ensure Atlas delivers excellence in statutory compliance governance financial performance and service quality.
What Youll Do
- Oversee the strategic and operational management of complex estates and engineering services across acute and community locations.
- Deliver exceptional customerfocused building and engineering solutions through inhouse teams and trusted external partners.
- Shape the future of estates services at Atlas by developing forwardthinking strategies and fostering innovation.
- Lead the procurement design and management of minor building and engineering projects ensuring full compliance with health and safety guidelines industry legislation and NHS standards.
- Implement a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to ensure operational excellence.
- Act as the lead officer for statutory compliance safeguarding Atlas and its clients with worldclass governance.
What Were Looking For
Were searching for a visionary leader with:
- A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline (e.g. building services electrical or mechanical engineering) and ideally Chartered professional registration/accreditation in relevant discipline (RIBA CIOB RICS CIBSE etc.
- Proven senior management experience in estates management ideally within healthcare or a similar environment.
- A collaborative inclusive leadership style with a track record of driving meaningful change and delivering results.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and partners.
- A proactive approach to innovation problemsolving and service transformation.
