We are looking for an experienced product design leader to lead our product design group for Cortex Clouds data identity and AI security products. The position is in our Palo Alto Networks R&D Center in TelAviv.
In this role you will be leading talented senior product designers to solve complex user experience challenges with creative streamlined flows and amazing aesthetics. As part of your position you and your team will be expected to lead the entire design lifecycle to create pixelperfect designs. We do not believe in silos so our product designers master both UX and UI to lead design projects endtoend.
As the subject matter expert for design in the group you will be responsible for the product design vision and will need to collaborate cross functionally intensively across product management engineering and other stakeholders to create clarity and alignment.
This is a management role but we are not only looking for a manager. Our ideal candidate is also an exceptional designer who will be able to lead the group through example and has the ability to roll up their sleeves and execute independently when needed.
Your Impact
Own the entire lifecycle of product design for Cortex Data Identity and AI security products.
Lead and grow a group of talented product designers
Conduct a full design cycle from collecting inspiration to creating a pixelperfect UI for all states and scenarios
Create user flows wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups that effectively communicate design concepts
Demonstrate strategic thinking and a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle
Collaborate with the product engineering data science and marketing teams to develop a smooth user experience with a highend look and feel
Stay abreast of competitor experiences industry trends cybersecurity technology and design solutions
Qualifications :
Your Experience
At least 2 years in leading highly performing product design teams
At least 6 years of delivering exceptional UX / Product design for complex web applications (please attach a link to your online portfolio)
Experience in designing cybersecurity products
Exceptional attention to detail with strong UI skills including hierarchy typography illustrations and iconography
Experience working with design systems
You are a designer by heart you appreciate good design and have a tendency to design everything around you
Passionate about making complex systems simple
Ability to execute in a dynamic fastpaced and changing environment
Detailoriented and organized
Selfmanaging selfcorrecting autodidact
Team player with simple direct and positive communication
