Job Description
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)
Bellville
Our client Africas leading cloud CX & contact centre provider delivers advanced customer engagement solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency. Currently they have an excellent opportunity available for a Chief Financial Officer at their head offices in the Tygervalley area of Bellville.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Management of the Finance team
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Process improvement
- Compliance and risk management
- Financial reporting
- Audit preparations
- Financial forecasting
- Asset Management
- CrossFunctional collaboration between teams
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g. CA(SA) CIMA ACCA) is strongly preferred.
- 510 years of progressive finance or accounting experience including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrable expertise in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis within South African business
- History of driving efficiencies in a highly complex and operational environment.
- Familiarity with Xero or similar accounting software plus advanced Excel skills.
- Proven track record of managing audits and working knowledge of IFRS or equivalent standards.
- Deep understanding of compliance requirements (SARS regulations BEE scoring etc..
