What Youll Actually Be Doing (a.k.a. your playground):
- Craft and launch AIdriven tools that actually helpthink chatbots that dont suck (voice text)
- Build slick scalable ML models in Python that live in production not just your laptop
- Own the qualityQA is part of the gig and youll help keep our systems sharp and smooth
- Plug into APIs and make everything talk to everything beautifully
- Team up across departments to build futurefocused solutions
- Think fast move fasteriterate improve innovate
- Experience building real ML/AI tools that work (and learning from the ones that didnt)
- Python fluencylibraries like scikitlearn TensorFlow or PyTorch are your second language
- Built (or broken and rebuilt) chatbots Youre our kind of person
- QAaware because great ideas still need solid foundations
- Not afraid of APIs or the occasional integration adventure
- Know your way around financial services Cool. If not well teach you.
- You like people. You like offices. You like bouncing ideas and building with others
- Agile mindset problemsolving skills that can rival Google searches
