Rle principal du poste
Sous la direction du chef dquipe le manutentionnaire est responsable de sassurer que les produits sont placs l o ils doivent ltre avec prcision et en temps opportun.
Le manutentionnaire doit sassurer que ses activits sont conformes aux normes BPF telles que dfinies dans GUI0001 Bonnes pratiques de fabrication et GUI0069 Lignes directrices sur le contrle environnemental lors de lentreposage et du transport des mdicaments.
Responsabilits principales
Production :Au moyen dun systme lectronique ou manuel le manutentionnaire va chercher le bon produit et la bonne quantit indiqus sur le bon de commande et le met dans la boite ou le sac. Le manutentionnaire doit prvenir le superviseur ou le chef dquipe si la quantit de produit sur les tagres est insuffisante pour remplir la commande et doit sassurer que les normes dentretien des lieux et les lignes directrices sont suivies.
Stocks :Le manutentionnaire doit dplacer le bon produit et la bonne quantit de laire de rception ou de surstockage vers le lieu de prlvement en suivant les directives sur ltiquette.
Expdition :Le manutentionnaire doit retirer le produit de la ligne et le mettre sur la bonne palette afin que le produit soit livr en temps opportun la bonne destination.
Trier les sacs selon leur taille
Trier les glacires les contenant en styromousse ainsi que tout article retourn dans ces contenants puis les acheminer au service appropri.
Comptences
Doit tre en mesure de travailler dans le rfrigrateur
Doit pouvoir soulever et dplacer des articles pouvant peser jusqu 60 livres
Doit avoir de lexprience en transactions lies aux stocks
Doit pouvoir marcher et rester debout pendant le quart de travail
Doit pouvoir travailler avec les walkietalkies BT
Doit pouvoir faire des mouvements rptitifs y compris se pencher et faire des rotations
Doit pouvoir travailler dans un milieu o le rythme est rapide
Doit avoir fait des tudes au niveau secondaire
Doit avoir dexcellentes aptitudes organisationnelles
Doit tre bon communicateur
Doit avoir de bonnes comptences en mathmatiques et tre attentif aux dtails
De lexprience de travail pralable dans un entrept serait un atout

Primary Role of This Position
Under the direction of the Lead Hand the Material Handler will be responsible for ensuring that product is put in its location in an accurate and timely manner.
The Material Handler shall ensure operations are compliant with applicable GMP standards as defined by GUI0001 Good Manufacturing Practices and GUI0069 Guidelines for environmental control of during storage and transportation.
Major Responsibilities
Production:Utilizing either an electronic or manual system the Material Handler picks the correct product and quantity as specified in the order and puts it in the tote or box. They would notify the Supervisor or Lead Hand where there is insufficient product on the shelves to meet the order and ensures that proper housekeeping and guidelines are followed.
Stock Duty:The Material Handler moves the correct product and quantity from receiving or overstock to the pick location following label instructions.
Shipping: The Material Handler removes product from the line and puts it on the appropriate skid so that the product is delivered on time to the right destination.
Sorting totes by size
Sorting coolers Styrofoam containers and any incoming return items from these containers to the appropriate departments
Other duties as required to meet company objectives
Qualifications
Must be able to work in the fridge
Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 60lbs
Experienced at all stockrelated transactions
Must be able to walk and stand for 8 hours
Walkie (BT) experience
Repetitive movement which could include bending and twisting
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
Partial high school
Excellent organizational skills
Good communication skills
Good math skills and attention to detail
Previous warehouse experience is an asset
Hours of Work
Monday Tuesday and Thursday 5:00 p.m. 1:30 a.m. on call
