Job Description

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

We are searching for an experienced Engineering Program Manager to join our AllDomain Analytics and Signatures Office (A2SO) of the Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) at Penn purpose is to solutions to challenging research and develop innovative scientific engineering and technology problems in support of the Navy the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community (IC).

The successful candidate will work handinhand with the sponsor to provide highquality assessments as well as operational and technical solutions to wide ranging joint cyber warfare architecture and technology issues affecting the Department of Defense US Cyber Command and Intelligence Community missions to enable and protect the warfighter This position will oversee systems engineering and program management across the Joint Cyber Warfare Architecture (JCWA) portfolio.

ARL is an authorized DoD SkillBridge partner and welcomes all transitioning military members to apply.

This position can be filled at multiple levels depending upon your education and experience. Minimum requirements include a Masters Degree and 6 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience for the Senior Professional level. Additional experience and/or education are required for higher level positions.

Your working location will be fully onsite located in Annapolis Junction Maryland.

ARL at Penn State is an integral part of one of the leading research universities in the nation and serves as a University center of excellence in defense science systems and technologies with a focus in naval missions and related areas.

$123200.00 $219600.00
