About the Opportunity:
As part of the Concession Deed Management team the Senior Contracts Advisor plays a pivotal role in managing the complex and longterm joint venture partnership between VicRoads and the State Government. This is a unique opportunity to work within a strategic highimpact environment providing expert guidance on the 40year Concession Deeds. Reporting to the Principal Concession Deed Contract Manager youll support internal and external stakeholders by ensuring compliance interpreting contractual obligations and facilitating positive solutionfocused outcomes.
This role offers the chance to contribute to major infrastructure governance while fostering strong relationships with the Department of Transport and Planning. You will work across teams collaborate on governance initiatives and support continuous improvement of contract management resources and processes. This is an ideal role for a detailoriented and strategically minded contracts professional ready to shape longterm outcomes for Victorias transport future.
About You:
- Provide expert advice on Concession Deed contractual to support business understanding and compliance.
- Identify and manage contractual risks while pursuing opportunities for improved outcomes.
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders to resolve disputes and achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align with governance and operational best practices.
- Develop userfriendly resources to educate and empower the business in Deedrelated matters.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contract management efficiency.
- Uphold privacy data security and integrity standards while supporting fraud and prevention efforts.
