Job Description
We are looking for twodedicated and detailoriented PartTime Housekeepers to maintain the cleanliness and safety of Uptown Hot Springs common areas both interior and exterior. If you take pride in keeping spaces clean and presentable while providing excellent customer service this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities
Daily Cleaning & Maintenance
- Sweep and mop floors in common areas restrooms hallways and other assigned areas.
- Clean railings planters windows ashtrays drinking fountains and other fixtures.
- Empty trash cans remove trash bags and ensure proper disposal.
- Wash and sanitize trash cans inside and out.
- Maintain cleanliness in management offices twice per week.
Restroom Sanitation
- Clean and sanitize toilets sinks mirrors floors and partitions.
- Remove trash and restock supplies (toilet paper hand towels soap).
- Ensure restrooms remain fresh and wellstocked throughout the day.
Customer Service & Property Upkeep
- Respond to customer inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Collect forgotten personal items and turn them into Mall Management.
- Promptly report any vandalism unsafe conditions or unusual activities.
- Assist with setting up materials for mall promotions and special events.
- Perform exterior maintenance such as blowing sidewalks pressure washing and keeping service areas clean and free of debris.

Dependability Must be punctual follow instructions and work well with coworkers.
Attention to Detail Ability to notice and address cleanliness and safety issues.
Customer Service Skills Friendly courteous and helpful attitude.
Physical Stamina Ability to stand walk bend and lift objects as needed.
Flexibility Must be open to working different shifts including overtime if necessary.
Preferred but Not Required Ability to read labels on cleaning products.
