Key Responsibilities
Fueling Growth & Opportunity
Spotting New Horizons: Dive deep into market trends to identify highpotential areas for expansion and business development. Your insights will pave the way for new opportunities that will shape the companys future.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Management
Building Strong Foundations: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure we are targeting the right leads managing a robust sales pipeline and driving followup actions that convert opportunities into success.
Proposal Development & New Business
Crafting Winning Proposals: Assist in developing compelling proposals for exciting new business opportunities bringing together market research strategy and creativity to win over clients.
Seamless Community Onboarding &
Making Ideas a Reality: Partner with multiple teams including Business Development Marketing Customer Service and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and successful of new communities. Your role will be integral in ensuring our projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Performance Reporting & Insights
Tracking Success: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter ensuring we stay on track to meet our business objectives and exceed expectations.

General Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Mastery: Support pipeline management by tracking progress through each stage ensuring milestones are met and celebrating the wins along the way.
CRM Experience: Leverage the full functionality of HubSpot or similar platforms for forecasting tracking progress and ensuring that business development efforts align with strategic goals.
KPI/OKR Tracking: Expertly manage performance using Perdoo or similar systems to track progress on key business development objectives.
Proposal & Developer Support: From preparing RFP responses to developing resident experience proposals your contributions will be key to closing business and securing new partnerships.
EndtoEnd Project Support: Help manage developer consulting projects documentation budgeting and internal coordination to deliver highimpact outcomes.

Required Skills & Attributes
Strategic ProblemSolving: A knack for analyzing stakeholder needs and offering smart impactful solutions.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of community association management principles contracting processes and related regulations is a big plus.
Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills that allow you to connect with colleagues and stakeholders across all levels.
Organizational Skills: Ability to stay on top of priorities managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with precision.
TechSavvy: Comfortable using a variety of software platforms including Windowsbased systems and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications
Education: A fouryear undergraduate degree preferred (or equivalent in experience)
Experience: Minimum 3 years related experience with a track record of success in business development or a related field.
Industry Experience: Experience in community association management is a strong plus.

You must notify People Operations immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.


The physical requirements can vary but generally they may include:
Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology including computers and mobile devices.
Driving: Ability to operate vehicle to perform certain job functions. (Please note: We will request and review an MVR at the time of hire and on a periodic basis thereafter to ensure that employees maintain a satisfactory driving status.
