FullTime Second Shift Laundry Aide at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village
Warm Hearth is looking for a compassionate and service oriented candidate to join our Housekeeping Department Team at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with the elderly and a dynamic team as we fulfill our mission of Fostering a personcentered approach to gaining in an inclusive environment that redefines retirement.
- Salary is competitive and based on experience.
- We have a robust benefits package with a lowcost HSA plan for FT employees. PT employees are offered dental & vision.
- Full Time employees earn four weeks of PTO per year and have access to 5 days 40 hours) of PTO upon hire.
- Part Time employees earn two weeks of PTO per year and have access to 3 days 24 hours) of PTO upon hire.
- Access to our gorgeous stateoftheart fitness center and saltwater pool.
We currently have a FullTime position available on the following shift:
- 5 days per week with rotating weekends 4pm12:30am (second shift)
Compensation:
- Expected pay rate starts at $15.00 and increases with years of experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a team setting in a longterm care facility.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs. Frequent standing/walking for long periods of time.
- Operate industrial washers and dryers. Hang and fold laundry.
- Must be dependable and reliable and work with minimal supervision.
Preferences:
- One to three years of previous experience in a longterm care setting is preferred but not required.

- 90 Performance Evaluation
- Receive CPR and First Aid training
What to expect your first year with Warm Hearth Village:
- Eligibility for scholarship programs to pay for other certifications and college education
- Participate in various committees and focus groups on campus.
