We are seeking a GermanSpeaking Programme Manager to lead multimillionpound automotive projects for a wellestablished engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of highprofile programmes working with international clients to deliver cuttingedge engineering solutions.

Programme Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple complex projects simultaneously ensuring timely and budgetconscious delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients establishing and maintaining strong working relationships.
- Lead project reviews manage timing plans budgets and customer negotiations.
- Ensure adherence to project management policies and best practices.
- Provide ongoing customer support throughout the programme lifecycle including postsales.
- Report on project financials and overall health to senior management.
Programme Manager Requirements:
- Fluent in both German and English with the ability to support international customers.
- Strong automotive project management experience ideally within motorsport drivetrain projects.
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office including MS Project.
- Strong problemsolving skills with experience in structured methodologies such as 8D.
- APM membership or equivalent project management qualification (desirable).
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (advantageous).
