As they expand theyre looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team and play a key role in driving growth and client acquisition.
Your Role:
- As Business Development Manager you will provide an established network of introducing brokers with a strong willingness and capability to transition those relationships to their organisation.
- You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and nurturing client relationships and executing strategies to grow their market share.
- Youll be the face of the company to prospects and partners helping convert leads into loyal active traders.
- Reports directly to the local CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an established network of introducing brokers and transition those relationships into the organisation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Generate leads convert prospects into funded trading accounts.
- Execute business development strategies to expand their client base.
- Stay ahead of industry trends competitor activity and regulatory changes.
- Work with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with support and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Forex CFDs and financial markets within South Africa.
- Sales Drive: Proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition.
- Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a clientfirst attitude.
- Strategic Thinker: Able to identify trends and craft actionable strategies
- Tech : Experience with trading platforms (MT4/MT5 and CRM systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Business or related field preferred.
- Experience: 34 years in a similar role within the FX/CFD industry.
